FREE Louisiana travel guide and mug

I received my mug today, but unfortunately, it was cracked due to being damaged in shipping, due to poor packing
 
About a month ago, I received the travel guide plus 2 free tickets to Six Flags in New Orleans. I had planned on selling the tickets on ebay, but changed my mind after reading the ticket closely which prohibits resale of the ticket.

If anyone wants to trade me something for the tickets just email me if that sounds legal ;)
 
I live in New Orleans, and I sent off for the free tickets to six flags, but only got the tour book. I guess they smelled a rat.. I hope I get the mug...

Now, Seaside, about those tickets... pm me.

I got my travel guide & map late last week, so I'm hoping my mug will arrive seperately this week.
 
Got my mug today.. Sure wish Id gotten a six flags ticket, though.
 
I got my mug yesterday, complete with a crack running down the entire length of it. I guess I can't complain since it was free. But just because it's free, doesn't mean it has to be junk! What a bummer. :(
 
I got my mug and travel guide also. My mug had a big crack in it too.
Of course it was just in a little thin postal envelope. No packaging.
 
got my travel guide and mug. the guide came one day and the mug came the next day. my mug was cracked around the top so that the liner came out. a little bit of super glue and it was as good as new. ;)

I got my mug yesterday and it had a crack on it...Looks like something fishy...either the USPS is mad at Louisiana Travel dept or all the mugs were cracked in the first place...
 
Mines not cracked, but of course I live in LA so it didnt have to go too far. The problem is that they just threw it in a little plartic bag with no padding. Makes perfect sense that itd crack.
 
I sent them an email yesterday, just to let them know that the mug is not properly packaged to send in the mail. They asked fo rmy address to send me another and apologized for the broken mug.
