A friend of mine actually already has this sticker, said he got this a few weeks back. I guess its been out for awhile.
 
Lol, I usually hate political bumber stickers... but this ones funny. My hubby will get a kick out of this.
 
How is it this doesn't get locked but the one I posted did? There was nothing wrong with my "read my lipstick" general democratic sticker. The whole BS about it being an Obama camp insult to Palin was false -- McCain even admitted the comment Obama made had nothing to do with Palin.

Ridiculous. If the other one was offensive, this "pain in my gas" one is equally offensive.

It just seems like anytime there's a policial freebie posted there always SOMEONE who can't hold their tongue (or their fingers) and they just have to post some rude post. They are the reasons the posts get locked. I wish there was the option to lock a thread as soon as you post it, but that it could still be bumped... that way no one can post rude remarks but it can still stay towards the top while it's new and being used. That would be good for other posts too sometimes. Maybe Thanking a post could bump it to the top again? Just an idea.

I don't know why the thread you posted got closed but I had almost posted the same post until I went to the site and my antivirus gave me a warning. Is it possible it couldve gotten closed because of that?
 
I dunno, I guess it's possible? But I would have thought they would have noted that in the thread so that no one would click on the link -- The only thing I saw in there was people complaining it was related to some insult to Palin and then it was locked, which is all BS anyway, but I guess that didn't matter. If it *WAS* because of what you stated (which btw, I didn't get any warnings/flags when I went there?) I just wish it would have been noted.

It must have been because of the comments then because when I went and read the thread it looks like they were deleted and the link is still up. Atleast they didn't remove the link because those who want them have the right, and those who think it is an insult are not in anyway forced to sign up for one. I agree with you 100%. This is America, we are all entitled to our own opinion, however sometimes it is just best to keep them to ourselves....good thing I'm not into politics LOL

Well said. I deleted comments and locked the thread before it got much more out of hand. I could have just deleted the thread intirely but didn't :)
