HELP! does this apply to only new accounts? cause I am soo having trouble with it.. I created an ornament.. then put the code in.. then it keeps telling me "There are no products to apply this coupon to." =(

I got the same message and I am a new customer. :sad:
 
It worked for me and Im a returning customer. Last time I tried getting the free prints, I had to enter the code in 3-5 times before it finally worked for me. I copied and pasted and typed it in myself. I would try both a few times. Hope that helps!

yay! I got it to work! looks like it only goes towards the red ornament... i tried the snowflake and the round one and it didn't work but for the red ornament it did... Thank you! it may work on white one you can try it on the white ornament ... yes the site is running slow since a lot of ppl are hitting it...

Order a White and a Red Ornaments for hubby and I! WOrked just fine... I am a returning costumer and hubby is a new one.... COnfirmation orders are sent right after u submit and I already got an email saying order was shipped! wow! great find.. thanks a bunch..
