The same thing happened to me. Click on the button for live chat (you may have to refresh or wait a few minutes for it to pop up if they are busy). After you get into the live chat, if you tell them that you signed up for snapfish to get the free dog leash but the credit is not in your account, they will put it there for you. Worked for me. Ordered mine, says I will get it in 5-7 days.

I signed up and checked my credits and the offer wasn't there. I went to the live chat that they have and they gave me the credit almost immediately...just go to their chat and ask about the offer.

So try going thru the live chat to get your free credit for dog leash! :)
 
Worked for me. If it's not working for you go to live chat and ask for it...
 
I got the free credit for the dog leash,but they are charging me for S/H!!!
 
ZSo where is the live chat at on their site??? I cannot seem to find it.
 
They are charging shipping and handling.I just asked the customer service agent to cancel this order.
 
You have to use code PRESDAY to get the free shipping.....The fastest way to find Live chat is to go to help search Live chat....It was really hard to find otherwise...They look like they're closed now you might be able to try....

This is probably dead already but, I heard you had to put the code in like this Presday with just the first letter capitalized
 
Ok.. when I did this.. I had to Live chat to get the leash credit.. ok that was fine.. put it in my basket and used the code.. so far all good... $0 due.. selected paypal to check out .. logged into pay pal that was fine... back to the snapfish site to hit submit... once submitted it get.... "Your transaction exceeds the individual transaction limit of $10,000.00 USD" - Little much for a dog leash dont you think?

Yeah, you have to select debit or you will get the $10,000 error w/ paypal

I did everything including cc information and still was charged s/h.Whats up with that....i don't know,but i chatted with a live rep and she even said i was charged s/h, so i decided to cancel my order.Thanks,but no thanks.
