I logged in and out and it still isn't showing up there. and it is a new account..showing 20 free pictures and a hi resolution photo free but not the $10 credit! Wonder if I should've waited till tomorrow??????? :thinking:

No, my new accounts (for each family member) all have the credit

Investigating this, the link shows the $10 offer but snapfish may have suspended the offer due to the increase in it's use

I got the same thing no 10.00 credit!!
 
I did alive chat & the gal issued me a credit of $10.69 s/h was free so it cost me nothing! And an email came right away verifying the refund! Hope this helps!

Live chat rep said I should get word back in 2-3 and the account should be credited. Also said me the same thing about not being able to combine both the credit and free shipping.
 
samething no credit in my account,so i did the live chat so i applied the code for free shipping they had me pay for it then refunded me the money
