www.drivethroughrpg.com gives away one free ebook per week. I'm not sure how they select what they are giving away, but hey, you never know you might find something you like. Also their prices for other ebooks are around 1/2 the price of the normal print version. Just requires a membership to download, and drm stuff from adobe to read.
