I don't think it's the same because mine went through with the same email address and contact info. (But perhaps try it again with a different email and see if it goes through.)
 
I received this yesterday--and I had gotten the CVS one a few weeks ago. I really like the Volumizing Shampoo. $1 coupon included with a sample pack of shampoo and one of conditioner.
 
This shampoo is wonderful. I've been using it every since I received it. My hair feels so soft and bouncy.
