Free Sample of Chocolate EAS Nutritional Myoplex Shake

After a lot of trouble figuring this out, I finally got to print out a coupon for a Free EAS Myoplex Bar or Shake up to $3.89, exp. 1/15/11. Had to try to login and then change my password, etc. Probably been on the site before, so they already had my e-mail.

I don't see a bar code on my coupon. Can we use this at any store like Walmart?
 
just came back from 3 major food mart. not a single one carries this product (i only saw 4pack bundle).
