My guess is that no one in the USA is getting any samples here. . . you can tell by the website that it is not set up for the USA.

DGJ, Its obviously a European website, what with the "region" instead of states and the birthdate being day, month, year.. But its a Procter and Gamble company, and they did list USA in the countries, so Im not so sure. I expect its allowed for us, whether or not we get the samples will still remain to be seen.
