I agree. The back soothe sounds good too. Really would love something that works that's not a pill

I received mine and tried it last night. I put some on my lower back and my back and hip stopped hurting. So far so good. We'll see what it does for my legs with time. Thanks Tobiko.
 
I suffer from nighttime leg cramps and applying Vicks Vaporub to the soles of your feet or putting a bar of soap between the sheets really works. I don't know why it works but it does. I read this in "Hints from Heloise".
