After you click Ellie's link to the sample, choose the option that says "Not a member? Please register here!" even if you're already registered. If you're already logged in, it will bring your account page up, just click the "Submit" button at the bottom. You will then get the message that says your sample is on its way. (If you choose the option that says, "Already a member..." it will just bring you to the coupon option.)
