I was able to enter 12345 for the zip, not 12345-6789

Yeah, it only let's you enter 5-digits of a zip code. It won't let you enter the last four numbers of a 9-digit zip code.

Not quite sure what your talking about, but the page loads and looks fine to me, everything lines up perfectly.

hm...whoops, i guess it was the browser. I just checked it from another computer and now everything looks normal like how it's supposed to be.

:hmm: Depends on how your browser text size is set.
They dont line up if its set to anything other than medium.
