There really is no one perfect combo for these. What works for you, may not work for someone else. Believe me I have tried with friends. So I wish people would stop complaining that no one posts the combos that work for them.
Here try it out for yourself, and see if these work for you.
I use 2 email addresses and these 2 combos everytime and get everything I request.
Retail, Other Function, Customer Service, Customer Service Rep.
Or I use
Automotive, Service/Repair, Other Funtion, Automotive Technician, Owner/Principal/Proprietor
