Its not by BEA, but printed by Fawcette group (they also print Java Pro magazine). Earlier the Weblogic magazine (Weblogic Developer's Journal) was being printed by sys-con media (of Java Developer's Journal) but now BEA has switched their loyalty to Fawcett.

The magazine is not all that great (my opinion; I do get their java pro, wl pro and visual studio mags). Many of the magazines from Fawcett are free (if you are qualified). visit http://www.ftponline.com/default.aspx
