You have to register your email and interests/profile for one of their 4 services (IT, SysAdmin, Educator, etc.) and then confirm after they send an email.

The offer page is https://communications.sun.com/sunCore/NC05Q4_Offer/ty_offer.jsp

Once you've confirmed, you should get an email with the link to the offer page and be able to click the offer links without a hassle. If somehow the popup window still has null for the email you can manually plug it in and it should work:

I got the t-shirt and the dvd but had to do it under different emails, since it's one offer per registrant only.
