Isn't this just an opportunity for them to get in your house and convince you why you need to sign up with them for preventative maintenance? Who's to say they won't lie about finding termites in your house. In fact, I'd question any company that actually charges for these inspections (outside of those who inspect for house closings...those are REAL inspections).
