I received this today--UPS--and a bill for $1.50 shipping(?). Thanks, Joyce. I don't think they're going to pursue this for $1.50, and I don't plan on sending a check.

I was sent the same thing! Hopefully just an error on their part. I'd hate to be hassled by a collections agency for $1.50!!
 
I also got a bill for $1.50 and I threw it away. The site says nothing about having to pay for the sample.
