Free Yovia Hat

Just an FYI- i got an email on the Jacksonville FL Blaine Gabbart Support #11 from the JAGS hats that YOVIA was giving away! Well they said that they could be "PICKED UP" off Atlantic Ave in Jacksonville at one of their sponsors. I then asked them why did I have to supply my address if I had to pick it up #1 and #2 thought they were going to be sent?
