I'm using Sprint right now, but am thinking about switching to T-Mobile. But I still have under a year left on my contract.
I've heard that you could get someone to do a transfer of responsibility on the contract, but I haven't been able to find anyone yet. Any other ideas (that don't involve me moving to Alaska or somewhere where they don't have service (another suggestion I've heard))?

Do you have anything special on your plan that another person wouldn't be able to get if they signed up new?

Not really, just the fair and flexible plan - $35/300 minutes. The phone's a camera phone.

I do remember a site where you can put up a listing offering a takeover of your plan. However, I don't remember the URL. Can anyone help me out?

Celltradeusa.com says it provides a solution to this dilemma. It hopes to build a community for the 180 million current cell phone users in the US and Canada seeking more choice and flexibility. The service connects people that want to get out of their contract and matches them with deal-seeking customers that want to pick up a contract.
