need to buy a GPS to drive to my job assignments. (I always get lost and it is a waste of gas) Preferably Small, affordable and with voice, if possible. Don't know much about them so any advise is greatly appreciated.
To be used in a metropolitan area.
thanks!1 :D

Do you want one that works with a laptop? If so, the Microsoft Streets & Trips 2006 with GPS Locator might be up your alley. Buy.com has it for $103.99 and free shipping.

not for the laptop

even though is less expensive. My laptop battery doesn't last but a couple of hours and I am on the street at least 8 hrs daily.
A need a unit by itself.

Thanks for the suggestion anyways
;)

for anyone interested

I ended up getting the
Navman iCN 520 in-Car Portable GPS TouchScreen Driveway - US Maps Included - from buy.com
Price was 399.99 - $50 rebate and I used a $15off coupon (get it at http://dealnews.com/deals/Navman-i-...GPS-from-335-shipped-after-rebate/109526.html) bringing the price down to $335 AR

If you are a first time customer and get Buy.com CC, they will deduct an extra $25 off

I think it was a good deal. :)
