I ordered flowers from Hallmark and supposed to be delivered on Saturday meaning I paid extra shipping charges and they said on the website if you're not 100% satisfied, you get a full refund.
Well, I know this is not Hallmark's fault but Fedex didn't deliver it on Saturday. Fedex is trying to deliver it today but my fiancee's salon closed today. So I called Hallmark try to get a refund. First they put me on hold and want to talk to the supervisor. Then she said her supervisor could only gave me $25 refund. I told her that I want to talk to him. Then she put me on hold again and finally gave me a full refund but no confirmation# or anything. I'll wait to see if I actually get a full refund.
For one thing, it ruined my valentine's day plan then lost money. They probably don't know that they're dealing with Spoofee's member here.
Well, for all of the guys who sent their flowers via Hallmarks, just pay close attention.
