Yes! Expired internet coupons are just as good!
I run a program that distributes to over 60 families here in Okinawa, Japan to about 6 bases. I am a military wife with extra time on my hands and came up with this distribution program because coupons are mot readily found here and we can use expireds up to 6 months! This is a great program because I have the member's preferences. I have a website that will give you more info including my email addy so you can request my mailing address. (I dont feel comfortable posting my mailing addy on this board.)Thanks so much for your support!

I JUST RECEIVED THIS RESPONSE FROM OPERATION MILITARY PRIDE SO THESE SHOULD BE GOOD ADDRESSES. WITH SO MANY COUPONS EXPIRING 12/31 LETS TRY AND FLOOD OUR OVERSEAS FAMILIES!!! POSTAGE TO APO ADDRESSES IS CHARGED AT DOMESTIC RATES. IT MIGHT BE FUN TO PUT A NOTE IN THE PACKAGE THAT THESE ARE FROM FOLLOWERS OF THE GG MESSAGE BOARD.
While military families have access to groceries, they do not receive the coupons that come with American Sunday papers. Military supermarkets will accept coupons up to six months after they expire,
