Have to own small business to buy from Dell Small Business?

Does anyone know if owning a small business is required to buy from Dell small business? On the internet I hear no, but does anyone know for sure?

No you don't, just make sure you use your name as the business name. Because they send the rebates in the business's name. I have purchased 5 computers for myself and others from the Dell Small Business with no problems. 8)
