Yea.. i wonder if the "feeling lucky" button is all algorithm based.. or if people can pay to have themselves take over certain keywords. Funny stuff

What does that mean tho, Im feeling lucky & how does it change your results?

from google website:
The "I'm Feeling LuckyTM" button automatically takes you to the first web page returned for your query.
An "I'm Feeling Lucky" search means less time searching for web pages and more time looking at them.

actually they can, for sites like google, you have to sometimes pay to have your results return in a search, someone could pay to have their site returned when someone searches for failure, they pay to be at the top of the list most of the time, which automatically sets them up for the I'm Feeling Lucky button

I use google as my home page and will just type in where I need to go like hotmail or ebay and hit the I'm Feeling Lucky and it takes me right there. Pretty convenient.

Yeah, I have seen people type in for a search, yahoo.com.... I Just have to laugh though, since they could just type that as a URL....

Today's browsers can be set to recognize web sites even if you don't type in the dot com part.
