You may want to read the following thread. The spam was not from Spoofee, but rather from a hacker who got into the system. The problem seems to have been fixed.

The issue has been fixed and the hacker has been banned. If you would still like to delete your Spoofee account please send a PM to Spoofee and he'll be able to remove your account.

Because they allow cat avatars, people writing pretending to be cats and don't ban anything related to cats.
