How to Resize multiple pics at once

Anyone know how to take a folder of pics and resize all of them at once? I usually take about 50 pics at a time with my digital camera and upload them into a folder on my pc. Then use Photoshop to open each pic which is about 39x29inches and 2.53MB big. I reduce the image size to about 10x7.5inches which takes the file size down to about 73kb @ 72dpi. What I hate is having to open up 50 pics one at a time and doing those steps just to reduce the file size for uploading to the net. :verysad: Just wondering how yall change the file size of your pics for uploading when you have a batch of them. :bigok:

I just use Batch. It does a batch of pics @ the same time. Doesn't photoshop have that?
