Also found this rebate from HP. This might be a duplicate of one of their rebates, but maybe not...
To qualify for the PC rebate, you must purchase a qualifying Pavilion CTO desktop PC. To qualify for the monitor rebate, you must purchase a qualifying Pavilion CTO monitor WITH a qualifying Pavilion CTO PC. Products must be purchase from Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUSA, Computers4sure.com, Costco, hpshopping.com, Office Depot, Office Max, Staples and TechDepot.com between Feb 9, 2005 and June 25, 2005.

Specs

Is it a SATA or IDE drive?

Is it AGP or PCIx graphics card?

Is it 754 pin or 939 pin Athlon64?

What speed is the memory?

If its IDE, AGP and 754 pin its not that great of a deal.

this info is just some of the info from the hp.com site (search "m7050e"). for more info, you could probably call OD or HP & hopefully they'll have the answers to your questions =)

The m7050e offers 7200 rpm Serial ATA hard drives of up to 400GB

Memory: 512 MB DDR / PC3200 (2 DIMM)

Excellent specs for the price

This is an excellent spec'd computer for the price - msi-7093 motherboard which is a socket 939 and according to msi accepts both 130nm and 90 nm AMD 64 processors (which means it should also accept the new dual cores that are coming out), 4 SATA headers (supports raid 0 and 1), 2 IDE headers, pci-e graphics as well as an onboard ati graphics chip, onboard 5.1 sound, integrated lan, 1 pci-e slot, 3 pci slots (with a header to add a two pci slot expansion board!), dual channel DDR PC 3200 ram with 4 available 184 pin slots. It comes with the free upgrade to the light scribe dvd burner, $25 upgrade for a GB of ram, stock with an ATI x300 128 mb pci-e card, with an option for a nvidia 6600 for an extra $100. All in all a great computer for a great price. The only weak areas are a 300w power supply and a small form factor which limits adding extra hard drives (you would probably have to get an adaptor and use one of the extra 5" bays) however, you are certainly not going to be able to find this hardware anywhere for cheaper! Most of the hardware is xp 64 ready with the exception of the light scribe dvd which should have drivers ready in the next few months.
