HP Toner Cartriges

Hey everyone... my friend is offering to sell me one of the older HP laserjet printers for $10... I looked around on the net to see how difficult it would be to get toner for them, the cheapest I could find HP Toner was about $52+shipping+tax does anyone know of a cheap place or generic brand or even some coupons I'm missing???

You may want to try eBay for some generic options.

Try PrecisionRoller.com. I've gotten toner from them a long time ago and have been happy.

yeah, i have a hp inkjet printer, darn catridges are pricey, EVEN AT COSTCO...........i hate that smart chip technology.

mike69, if you can find a good ink refiller in the area, they'll be able to take care of the problem for you and at less cost. Be sure they actually empty the cartridge though and just don't drill a hole and refill. You'll end up with a big-time dud that way.

So far the lowest prices I've found are $38+shipping at Precision Roller

and $32.50 shipped on EBay for a remanufactured one. does anyone have any experience with these remanufactured toners? Also I read someone that companies will buy back your empty cartridges?? Has anyone had any experience with that so maybe I can dampen the cost a little?
