all I post on spoofee these days are questions, which I need answers to. My problem this time is, I bought an Archos Gmini 400 from shopharmony.com ( a few months ago), but recently, it got screwed up. The voice has become unclear and staticy, so i was wondering, would they accept the product back and give me a replacement, or would i have to go to the manufacturer. Also, if i had to go to the manufacturer, i would need a manufactuer waranty, but idk if i have one, where do i find out how long my warranty is and how i can return it , etc...?
