Museum visitor trips, breaks Chinese vases

A museum visitor shattered three Qing dynasty Chinese vases when he tripped on his shoelace, stumbled down a stairway and brought the vases crashing to the floor, officials said Monday.

Reminds me.......when I was a kid I walked into a whole big display of Irish Crystal at Macy's.....LOL None of the crystal survived

I think what they were really saying was "I am glad we we were able to escort the the visitor involved out of the museum before he did any more damage"

I'm surprised the man didn't sue the museum for tripping on the property, and sue China for having the vases almost kill him. Too bad John Edwards is too busy right now.

I heard this story on the radio today, like it was NEW news or something. I laughed and told my husband that his crappy talk radio station was about 3 days behind in their reporting. At least the museum was nice about the situation - they didn't even release the name of the guy that trashed their vases.
