Does $10.00 count, or is it anything 9.99 and below? I have tons of $10.00 target cards I would love to cash out...

Am I the only one that gets sick each time this happens? Even if this time agrees with the "spoofee spirit"?

I'm not sure about other stores but REI has been cashing them out automatically for at least the last 2 years. Anything 10 dollars or under is given back in cash.
