Don't like Ecost, one time I bought a Bluetooth headset that dont take charge. So, I called them,

ecost: return it. and we will give you refund.
me: what about the shipping?
ecost:scan your shipping reciept & email to us, we'll credit back to your account
So, I sent it back. about a month later, they credit back to my account, but only part of it, I called, they put me on hold for 15min. that hang up. I called back same thing happen. I emailed them, They reply to me said the item is not in original packing.
When I got the item, it wasn't even wrapped. I dont even bother the ask for the return shipping, I know will not credit me back. So, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
