Congratulations to all who made it through the end of the world.
On the whole, I faired pretty well...
There were no earthquakes, explosions or any calamity to speak of
When New Zealand didn't disappear into the abyss at the assigned hour, I didn't have to shot gun my bourbon reserve
The Yankees took two of three games from the Mets (it's a NY thing)
but unfortunately the cat re-appeared from whatever it was, doing whatever they do when they disappear.
Oh well...there's always 10/21/2011.
