NewEgg has an one day sale on the Kingston 256mb Secure Digital card. There is a limit of two rebates so you can buy two for $13 after rebate.

Pricegrabber Price : $28-80 Shipped
Spoofee Price : $14 Shipped

1. Newegg Price : $23.00
2. Rebate Price : -$10.00
Final Price : $13 + Ship ($1)

As the rebate says purchased... through 9/15/04, does the order date count or only the shipping date? From my last newegg order (long ago) it looks like they put the "SO date" which I guess is order date. Will a place like Kingston deny the rebate if the order shows a ship date after 9/15 even if the invoice says "SO Date" of 9/14 or 9/15?

I remember Kingston once saying a rebate on their web site was invalid because they didn't intend it to apply to something else which it said it did. I hope they don't pull the same thing here. I'd call up to verify, except my work schedule prevents that until this afternoon.
