Kingston 2GB Elite Pro SD Card for $5.98 Shipped

Wouldnt this be $9.98?
Has anyone tried purchasing these coupons off of ebay? I have not tried it before.

Not the best deal ever but still way cheeper then you could get the SD card in the store for.
I take alot of of pictures and I can use the SD cards for my camera and my new as back up storage for the hard drive camcorder I am saving for so 2G cards work out quite well for me.

I found this seller on Ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/Dell-25-off-25-...ryZ31411QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

has $2.00 coupon with shipping (lame to charge for shipping on a digital delivery item but still the cheepest coupon I saw and he has 96 left) he deliverd it right after payment.

coupon worked my total came to $.99 + $4.99 shipping $.49 in tax

Dell total $6.47 Total with coupon cost, $8.46

Not bad for a 2G

Where do hey get these coupons the ebay sellers? I have never gotten a coupon like this in my Dell mailings...

I wanted to know the same thing, they have hundreds of these codes, so where are they getting them? And ummm is it legal? LOL

Do the Buy it Now !

I did it at Ebay, buy it now. And it worked. Cost .99 + 1.99 for shipping and handling, which all it takes is E-mail you the code which it gets from Dell.com. To get $25, I spent $2.98, saving $22.02. Reduced my cost of a pair of 1GB RAM from $89 to $66.98.
My question is : Where do I get to sign up for the DellDirect?
Here the E-mail detail from Dell, below:

They canceled my order today telling me the coupon was "Received by me in error."

I'm never buying coupons on eBay again. Luckily I haven't left feedback yet and I'll see if he gives me a refund.
Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your recent order.

We regret that we are canceling this order because a coupon used to place this order was apparently issued in error.

As you may know, we indicate on our web pages, catalogues, and advertising that Dell reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

However, we welcome you to visit our website at www.dell.com or call us at 1-800-999-3355 to replace the order without this coupon.

Dell strives to make your experience with us a pleasant one. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you for choosing Dell.

after reading the few comments from above, I don't think it's the ebay coupons' fault because my orders for the 4 gig usb drive with coupons worked (shipment in transit right now).

Dell only placed blame on the coupon, but I believe it's something else. This sucks because Dell clearly screwed us the deal.

getting dell deal

I called Dell and told them I purchased the coupon and used it. I didn't try to hide it. I asked if the coupon was valid and they told me it was at the time I used it, but it had now expired. They informed me that they cancelled the order because of a back order, not a problem with the coupon.

They have given me a case # and will refund me $25 on my next purchase once I have received it. I just have to call them with the order number once the order is received.

My father did the same, but they reordered the item for him and gave him the discount up front.

originally I was just going to give up on losing 2 bucks on that, but thanks to Slaird from above post, I called Dell.

Initially the foreign-accented lady said I couldn't use the code because the card is under $25 thus coupon is invalid. I calmly told her that it was above $25 at the time and multiple websites would show proof of that. Also the checkout system would not go through with coupon if it was under $25. So she then asked about my express code system on my dell desktop even though it has nothing to do with the order, and then my camera which I said the memory card was for, and after another 10 minute wait, she finally said she'll replace me with a "basic" card, although it is still 2gb and Kingston. I just said alright.

The whole conversation took 29 minutes mainly put on hold, so not sure if it was worth it...
