Hmmm, I added this $5.99 filler and proceeded through Google checkout and was not able to select free shipping. Cheapest shipping to me (San Diego) was $5.65, for a total with tax of $33.xx AFTER Google's discount and before $19 rebate.

What am I missing to get free shipping?

Never mind... I get it... Your filler item must have the little "Free shipping for orders over $25" truck icon for the order to ship free. I now used this $1.25 filler instead and got free shipping.
