Lotta people on Amazon flaming Kogi for not sending a rebate. Pitiful how they would steal from their loyal customers. Isn't that against the law?

you know, i don't think laws apply to mail in rebates. numerous times i have sent them exactly what they asked for and they simply deny me due to invalid UPC. because of this, i started keeping copies and calling them. now, when i get the invalid thing (and it happens a lot when i am positive i've done everything they've asked) i call them and i don't even need the copy. most of em just say, after looking up the rebate for me, "well, since you are a _____insert_store_here___ customer, i'm going to go ahead and validate your rebate". how else would i have purchased your product??? of course i'm a __xxxxx_store__ customer!!!

but that's if i receive a negative response. if you receive absolutely nothing, i don't know what to do...
