Each entry must be accompanied by a color photo no larger than 500kb in jpeg, gif, or bmp format that depicts you and/or your family and/or friends enjoying a S'mores treat made with Honey Maid Graham Crackers, Hershey's Chocolate Bars, and Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallows. The photo should capture what best defines a S'mores favorite memory for you, and should also depict the true happiness and togetherness that comes from creating this classic treat with friends and/or family.
You will also be asked to provide a caption for your photo in 20 words or less that briefly explains the "favorite moment" depicted in the photo.
Eligibility:
Residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older as of May 11, 2009.
Entry Limit:
Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Each entry must include a different photo and caption and must be submitted separately.

S'MORES TRULY CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 U.S. AND D.C., 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER ONLY. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
1. TO ENTER: Beginning on May 11, 2009 through September 14, 2009, log on to:

and click on the "S'mores Truly Contest" icon to register and upload a photo that depicts you and/or your family and/or friends enjoying a S'mores treat made with Honey Maid Graham Crackers, Hershey's Chocolate Bars, and Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallows. The photo should capture what best defines a S'mores favorite memory for the entrant. Photo should also depict the true happiness and togetherness that comes from creating this classic treat with friends and/or family. You will also be asked to provide a caption for your photo in 20 words or less that briefly explains the "favorite moment" depicted in the photo. See Rule #3 for specific contest entry requirements. Submission of any entry further constitutes the entrant's consent to irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor all right, title and interest in the entry (photo and caption), including, without limitation, all copyrights. You may enter the Contest once per day, but each entry must include a different photo and caption and must be submitted separately. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or more than one Contest entry per day will void all entries and result in disqualification. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Prize subject to verification.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of May 11, 2009, except for employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc. ("Sponsor"), The Hershey Company, Promotions.com, LLC ("Judges"), their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
3. CONTEST ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Photo must be in color. The photo can be submitted in any of the following formats: jpeg, gif, or bmp and the maximum digital photo size accepted is 500kb. Photo must include a visual of people enjoying a S'mores treat. All three components of the S'mores treat, Honey Maid Graham Crackers, Hershey's® Chocolate Bars, and Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallows, must be visible in the photo. If any individuals other than entrant appear in the photo, entrant must have the permission to grant sponsor all rights to each individual's (or the permission of their parents/legal guardians if individuals are minors) likeness/visual in any and all media, in perpetuity and without further approval or compensation. Photo and caption must be original (original is defined as the individual's unique creation and is not a copy or imitation).
4. CONTEST JUDGING: All entries meeting the requirements of Rules #1, #2, and #3 will be judged by a panel of experts under the supervision of Judges according to the following criteria: Emotional impact of photo (35%), Appropriate use of S'mores components and Appetite Appeal of the S'mores treat pictured in the photo (20%), Image concept/Setting (35%), and how well caption describes photo (10%). In the event of a tie, tied entries will be judged based on Impact of photo. The highest scoring entrant at the conclusion of the judging will be the Grand Prize winner. Entries must not have won a previous prize or award nor have been knowingly previously published.
5. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize: $20,000 cash to be awarded in the form of a check that winner may use towards a backyard makeover. ARV: $20,000. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and any expenses not specifically related to acceptance and use of prize. Winner's entry and photo may be featured on a website or other advertising related to the contest, at Sponsor's sole discretion. There is no cash value attributed to being featured on a website or in any advertising. In the event the winner and/or his/her photo is featured on a website or in any publication or advertising, no additional compensation beyond the prize described above will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
6. GENERAL RULES: All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and Sponsor may alter entries submitted prior to publication, if any. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail and/or telephone and must sign (or a parent or legal guardian must sign if a minor) any required Affidavit and Release within seven (7) days of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited. If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. By participating, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Promotion Parties, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name, likeness, entry (photo and caption) and biographical information, for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Judges modify this contest in a manner deemed reasonable by the Judges, at the Judges' sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries made by internet will be declared made by the name on the online registration form. All federal and state laws apply.
