Received this in the mail today:
If you purchased a complete pair of prescription eyeglasses for children age 12 and under at any Lenscrafters in the U.S. between 1-1-05 to 7-20-08 then you can take part in the class action lawsuit.
The case was brought about concerning the pricing of children's glasses with the "Kid's Offer".
If the judge approves the settlement, then those that purchased a complete pair of children's glasses between the dates listed will receive a $15 voucher. You must call or claim it online to receive it though.
You should receive notice in the mail, but if you don't get yours, here is the website that you can go to to

I registered online and received the following message:
If the Court grants final approval, and there are no appeals, distribution of settlement vouchers is expected to occur shortly after the Final Approval Hearing, which is scheduled for April 13, 2009. If you are making this request after the date of the Final Approval Hearing, your settlement voucher(s) will be distributed shortly after the voucher request deadline, which is July 22, 2009.
