Update: even if you don't see an ad, if this item is in stock in your local OM, it should ring up as $19, - no rebates, no coupons. apparently, this is a clearance item. Just fyi

weird...check this out...
in the post, the title state it's "CF" card and in the post, you mention it's an SD card..so which is which? even what's more weird is that I went to my local OM and that item number correspond to 256MB CF card...not 512MB. It was $19...but only 256MB...so I'm lost now...

Too Far To Go?

I scored one at my local store. I then tracked down 3 more at a fairly distant store and they said they would call my local store to accept the transfer.

We'll see if I get the three others.

It's a GREAT Deal!! $19.95 w/tax out the door.

Not sure why the 12x is a "discontinued item" if they are still selling the 4x on the floor without a discount.

if you check online, the item number 20602117 is for the 512 CF, card. (not SD, the first post has been corrected) Apparently some stores have the same item number for both the 256 & 512MB cards. nevertheless, the $19 price applies to both.

I scored three more with the stock transfer request. The local store called me yesterday so when I went in I wanted to make sure that I'd get the same price as the first so I brought the receipt. Mgr had to do an override because either the ended the promotional code or maybe they caught up with the mistake. He kinda freaked :cussing: when he was having to drop it from $59.99 to $19.00 on three.

I see that Lexar has now come out with an 80x model so I guess that's why the 12x's were discontinued but that doesn't explain the continued sale of 4x's but that's not my problem.

So I ended up with 4 512mb 12x CF cards for total of $76.00 +tax.
