What's the maximum limit on amount u willing to spend on this new PC.

about burning CDs, don't worry, u can burn Cds even with a Pentium 200 Mhz successfully. all u need is a burn proof technology CD-RW drive.

and most of the AGP's found in the new Pcs today are adequate to play games.

i would say u should go for an AGP with atleast 32 mb RAM.
