Well went out with my digital camer and my dads telescope and took some pics:

I had a tripod and had my camera looking into the eyepiece of the telescope so some came out blury but these are some of the best ones:

Might be kidna dark (my brightness is all the way up) but heres a pic of our telescope looking at the moon

Ok, now here is the biggest money shot ever. My dad has been reading all sorts of astronomy magazines for a long time and says this shot is rare and the magazines will most likely publish it.

I'm lucky to have caught this rare event:

You dont mind if i save them (: and show friends online and so on..
 
thats alright, my picture has already been featured on www.spaceweather.com www.skynews.ca and space.com has asked to use my picture too, its pretty famous
 
That's really cool. I'd be so excited if I took AMAZING pictures like that and space sites and magazines were willing to publish it. I would have a good feeling that I took something really cool and I would have a lot of pride. Those shots are awesome and I'll show my friends them also. Thanks for posting!
