Macy's Coupon 11% off alread discou(works nation wide only know how to get it in NYC)

So I was at macy's over the break and happened to find this little coupon someone had left on the counter. Apparently its good for 11% almost anything at macy's, even already discounted items. To my amazement I tried to use it and it worked! They just asked me where I was visiting from... so I said out of town.

Anyways I thought I could find this coupon online or something but no luck yet, the best I have found is this coupon

that allows you to redeem it for the 11% off coupon.
I checked ebay and a few people are selling them so I was wondering if any spoofeers could help find an online version or possibly a way for people to get the coupon for those who don't live in NYC. I was in Seattle when I found this coupon and I think hotels give them out.

Macy's Coupon

I have seen it in some of the tourist magazines here in hawaii. I believe it said that you can get it from the concierge at your hotel or you can visit guest services at Macy's to pick one up! I remember seeing it in San Diego too, so I would imagine it could work anywhere!!

Once when I visited NJ, I brought the NJ local newspaper back to Dallas, TX which had 20% off Macy's coupon. I presented it in Macy's stores here in Dallas but it never scanned. Finally after many questions and weird looks, the manager was called and he ok'd to take the 20% off.
