Free Magazine from MagMall - Stuff or Hollywood Life

UPDATE: Now only Stuff & Hollywood Life

http://www.magmall.com/vip/

The code is VIPSHOW

(previously: Modern Bride, Blender, Cargo Magazine, Parents, Details, Forbes Magazine, Hollywood Life, Family Life)

They stopped offering Wired, today I had two (2) copies in the mail one from discountmags (the one everyone complained about) and Magmall. So Magmall orders do show and for me discountmags too.

Does anyone have a clue what some of these magazines listed are? They don't have a picture on the site of them or a description, just a dropdown list that lets you choose. Can anyone tell me a brief description of them:

Specifically: Hers, Cargo, Cargo Magazine (is there a difference between these)

Hers is like a womans fitness mag
Cargo Magazine is the men's magazine that's all about the stuff he wants to buy--clothes, cars, electronics, gadgets and more.

Couldn't find any info on Cargo Magazine

OMG! Cedar I love you, will you marry me?!?!?
Heh, thanks so much.

After you complete the form it says "you will receive your subscription if you qualify"

What makes you qualify?

I believe filling out the form, they ask no questions. I have used this many times never had a problems.

MANY times??? I wonder how many magazines you receive per week and how many stacked unread? :)

I started receiving these free mags and I've got about 2 feet tall magazine stack (and it's growing) I haven't read! And I want to read 'em all... Any tips? :hmm:

LOL

I receive so many free subscriptions because of Spoofee.

In fact i just signed up for three more today.

i try to read them all...i do pretty good at accomplishing that...but with the three more that i added on today...plus the 4 or so that haven't come in yet.

yeah i am going to need: :help: too!

I have tons of free subscriptions, my mail lady hates me for it too. I do read them the only one that gets tossed without reading is Stuff magazine, even my boyfriend hates it.
Funny you should mention the stacks I have a large box outside we need to drop off at the Recycle Center along with the USA Today Paper and Sports weekly. It sure piles up fast.

I drop off the mags at the local laundry. And theres a recycling station literally next door, I drop the papers off there.

Did you rip your name and address beforehand? For some reason, I don't feel comfortable when others know my address, even if they don't know me.

You're right, Cedar. Stuff, Blender, Maxim, those are useless, I don't know why I signed up for them :34: Is there a way to cancel what I don't want? I'm waiting for Men's Health free subscription, though :)

Just call the 1-800 number inside the mags to cancel them. As for the ones I give away, I use a fake name for them (used to use Fox Mulder for the longest time). I still mark em out, but they don't have my real name on them.

Thank you Cedar for another great post.

I did notice that the offer changed today - "Movieline" is the current & only mag offered.

I know they have been getting hit hard. They change them often, I will change the title and check back with them later for another list. Thanks

They now ask for a promotional VIP card # or was that always there?

As stated in Cedar's first post, the code is "VIPSHOW".

Updated list now Stuff & Hollywood Life
