I used their software for years but had to stop maybe a year ago when their stuff started to cause blue screen crashes in Windows 10 on two of my computers. It took me a while to figure it out and lots of hunting in google and the Malwarebytes forums. I even formatted my PCs a few times before I figured out what was doing it. Removed their software, never a crash since. Now it's possible they fixed whatever was making this happen in the year since I stopped using it, but I'm not going to risk it.
