Hi all,

I need help on a math problem...can someone help me to integrate this? Integral.com can't solve it either...LOL Thanks!

Integral of

EXP[(-x)^2]
------------------ dx
[R^2 + (W - x)^2]

sorry, the flexer-valve on my integral figurer is broke

I'm assuming that the "^" are supposed to indicate "power" or "squared", etc?

and is it fair to understand that by EXP you mean the exponential function, so we should raise e to the power of the expression following it?

Math wizards indeed.

i know i'm never around, but i couldn't pass up this one...

1) I don't know how to integrate this one.
2) Maple was unable to integrate it, too.
3) I don't know why they'd have a (-x)^2 term since that's the same as an x^2 term, but more complicated.
4) I don't know why you'd check integral.com, since that's the website for a company that publishes forex trading software.
