You must buy a plan to get the phone though. It's not free.
 
Yeah, the topic says with service. A couple other retailers like Amazon have this phone for free, and they might be a little bit more reliable than Buy.com.
 
Yeah, considering what he's going through, I'd definitely pass on this one, or definitely get it from Amazon.

Buy.com can barely ship out simple products, let alone establish wireless service.

EDIT: OK, so I just read the threads above and followed the link attatched. I just ordered a hat. Nothing fancy, and I only used the free shipping coupon (from this forum). Shouldn't be too complex right?

I've used Buy.com a lot in the past and normally I have no trouble. I still shop there because the prices are really good, however if Buy.com and someone else have something for the same price, I normally try to avoid them.

Their customer service just isn't there and they have a bad reputation in canceling orders prematurely and doing things generally wrong.

Don't worry about it, didn't mean to make you nervous! :)

That's so typical of them too. They keep you waiting for a while before canceling it too. It's just ridiculous, they can never get anything shipped out.
