quick notes on the rebates:

1) the $50 rebate is sent to you in the form of a Cingular Visa Gift Card (still nice)
2) the $150 rebate requires you to have your service active 180days before being fulfilled. (probably not a problem, just something to know).

This phone doesn't come with the free body-glove bluetooth headset, but if you read the reviews on that headset its teriable anyhow, so no real loss ... you can use the extra $30 in rebates to buy a nicer one.
