PRIZES: (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 6-day/5-night trip for four (4) to Hawaii, consisting of round trip coach air transportation from major gateway airport nearest winner’s residence in the U.S., standard double-occupancy accommodations (one (1) room), ground transportation between the airport and applicable hotel, a tour or island activity for winner and guests and a total of $1,000 spending cash for the winner only (Approximate Retail Value ”ARV”=$10,000). Actual value may vary based on dates of travel and city of departure. If winner resides within a 100 mile radius of destination, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for different in prize value. Expenses and costs not specifically stated herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility. Additionally, insurance and all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Travel restrictions, hotel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Specifics of Grand Prize package (including details surrounding the tour or island activity) are subject to availability and are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, may be awarded to an alternate winner. (30) Daily Prizes: (1 each day): $1,000 awarded as a check payable to the winner (ARV=$1,000 each). Daily Prizes will be shipped to address specified by the winner on the address verification form approximately 8-10 weeks after winner confirmation. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, and other expenses not included as part of the prize description are the sole responsibility of winners. There is a limit of one (1) Daily Prize per person. Any Daily Prize won by the same individual beyond the first will be awarded to an alternate winner via the Second Chance Drawing. No transfer, cash redemption or substitution of any prize by winners (unless approved in writing by Sponsor). Sponsor may at its discretion substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value. Odds of winning a Daily Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received in an applicable day and the timing of such entries. If for any reason there are any prizes not awarded (“Remaining Prizes”), the Remaining Prizes will be awarded in the Second Chance Drawing detailed above. In the event fewer entries for the Second Chance Drawing are received than the number of Remaining Prizes available, the balance of the Remaining Prizes will not be awarded. Odds of winning a prize in the Second Chance Drawing depend on the number of unclaimed prizes, if any, and the number of eligible entries received. Potential Second Chance winners, if any, will be contacted by mail, telephone and/or email and required to comply with all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein. Total ARV of all prizes = $40,000.
