music cd question

The kid received the Hannah Montana 2 disc cd for Christmas.
I can't get it to download to our my music folder or to open w/ Windows Media player because it keeps kicking to the disney website when you insert the cd. She wants to put it on her mp3 player. Any suggestions? ( Other than to throw the cd away? LOL )

Sounds like DRM. Have you turned off Autoplay on your computer's drives? That might help.

Yes - I keep it turned off so I can select what I want to do when I insert into any drive

Geez Louise :doh: I'm such a freakin moron sometimes. All I had to do was open Windows Media Player!!
